Overview

WorkRails general hours of support are provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Eastern United States time zone. Regular support allows our customers to submit open error tickets and have general support questions answered by WorkRails' customer success personnel.

Note: Regular support is not provided on U.S. public holidays.

Reaching Out

Tickets must be submitted via email to [email protected] in order to report an issue. This email address is monitored and reviewed during support hours. You must include company name, contact, return phone numbers and a detailed issue description. Please include screenshots if possible.
